What time is check in and check out?
Check in time is 3:00 pm.  Check out time is 10:00 am.

Do you allow pets?
No. Pets are not allowed in any of our units or on the property grounds.  Bringing pets onto the property will result in an immediate cancellation of the reservation. 

Do you provide bed linens?
Yes. We provide all bed linens.  Hand towels for the bathroom and dish towels for the kitchen are provided.  We do not provide bath or beach towels. Please pack your bath and beach towels.

Do you provide bath and beach towels?
We do not provide bath or beach towels.  Please pack your own.  We have on site laundry services at no cost to our guests.  Please provide your own laundry detergent. 

Do you charge a cleaning fee?
No.  Cleaning the cabin is included in the nightly rate.  However, guests are expected to treat the property respectfully and will be charged for any excessive damage.  Excessive damage is determined by management only. Please make sure all members of your group treat our home in a respectful manner. 

Is there a charge for parking?
No. Parking is limited though.  We have space for 2 vehicles per cabin.

Where is the resort located on the Lake of the Ozarks?
Rippling Waters Resort is located on the 14 mile marker of the Big Niangua River.  By water, we are one mile from Ha Ha Tonka State Park and enjoy quiet, clean water throughout the year.

Do you have a boat ramp?
Yes. We have a concrete boat ramp for our guests to use at no cost. 
We also provide parking for your boat trailer.

Do you have boat slips?
Yes. We have 20 boat slips for our guests to reserve.  Each boat slip has electric and costs $10 per night.

Do you allow daily visitors or outside guests to visit?
No. Our guests enjoy a private, safe resort.  Only our registered guests are allowed on the property.

Do you have a life guard on duty?
No. All lake activities are at your own risk.  Please supervise children at all times. Life jackets are a must.
